 Training Academy

Hey, I’m Neringa :)  I’m a russian manicure educator and the owner of salon Dove Beauty House in Milton Keynes. I’ve been in the nail industry since 2015, and over the years, I’ve rebuilt my business from scratch three times after moving to different cities. Each time, I became fully booked, charged premium rates, and even had a waiting list of clients.

Along the way, there were moments when I doubted myself and wanted to give up. Looking back, I'm so glad I didn't.

That's why my courses are about more than just learning nail techniques and it's in depth - I don't believe in teaching on the surface. Of course, you'll learn Russian manicure and other most recent techniques, but I'll also share the lessons, mistakes, and experience I've gained over the years.

I always tell my students that Russian manicure isn't easy. It's detailed, intensive, and takes practice. There will be times when it feels uncomfortable because you're learning something new, and that's completely normal.

The most important thing is not to give up while it still feels uncomfortable.

If you're willing to put in the effort and keep practising, things start to feel easier, more natural, and much more enjoyable.

If you're feeling nervous about taking the next step, that's completely normal too. Most of my students feel exactly the same before they walk through the door.

My Mission as a Nail Educator

Learning can feel overwhelming at times. There is so much information online, countless techniques, hacks, and opinions on social media, and often everyone seems to be saying something different. My goal is to help make the learning process easier, focus on what really matters, and share the knowledge and techniques that have helped me over the years in my own career.

Vision

My vision is to create a supportive community of nail technicians who feel proud of their work, trust their abilities, and continue growing with confidence in themselves.

I know how many doubts can come with starting out in the industry because I've been there myself. Questions like "Will I find clients?", "Am I good enough?", or "Can I charge higher prices?" are completely normal. Through my training and ongoing support, I want my students to trust themselves more, worry less about what everyone else is doing, and know they don't have to navigate their journey alone.
