Payments, Booking Fees & Refunds

 

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all training courses. The booking fee forms part of the total course cost and is not an additional charge.

 

The booking fee amount may vary depending on the course type and whether the training is booked as a group or 1-to-1 session.

 

The booking fee secures the student’s place on the selected course date and covers administration, preparation time, and loss of potential bookings.

 

The remaining course balance must be paid no later than 2 days before the training date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

Once any part of the training course has been attended, all remaining course fees become fully non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

If a student cancels their training course, the booking fee is non-refundable.

 

If a student wishes to reschedule their training to another date, this may be considered subject to availability. However, a new booking fee will be required in order to secure the new training date.

 

Failure to attend the course without prior notice may result in loss of all payments made.

 

Once any part of the training course has been attended, all remaining course fees become fully non-refundable.

 

Refunds will not be issued due to dissatisfaction relating to individual learning pace, personal expectations, business outcomes, lack of practice after training, or personal preference.

 

Training results and business success cannot be guaranteed and depend on individual practice, consistency, effort, and experience following the course.

 

Support after training is offered where reasonably possible and within business working hours.

If Dove Nail House Training Academy needs to cancel or reschedule a course, students will be offered an alternative training date. If no suitable alternative date can be provided, a refund of payments made for the cancelled course will be issued.

Minimum Student Age

 

Students attending face-to-face training courses and models attending training sessions must be aged 18 or over.

 

Dove Nail House Training Academy reserves the right to refuse bookings that do not meet course requirements or academy policies.

 

Confirmation of Bookings

 

Once a training course has been booked and the booking fee has been received, students will receive confirmation of their booking by email or message within 24 working hours during business hours.

 

Booking confirmation will include:

 

confirmed training date(s)

course time(s)

remaining balance due

training location details

important course information where applicable

 

Bookings made outside of business hours may be confirmed on the next working day.

 

Students are responsible for ensuring that all booking details provided at the time of booking are correct.

 

If a payment receipt or invoice is required, this must be requested by message at the time of booking or within 12 months of completing the training course.

Accreditation​

All training courses are accredited by ABT Insurance.

 

Upon successful completion of the course, students will receive an accredited certificate allowing them to apply for appropriate treatment insurance, subject to individual insurer requirements.

 

Accreditation confirms that the course meets the standards required by the accrediting body. Continued practice, skill development, and safe professional working standards remain the responsibility of the student following completion of the training.
